# Note: Mary is found in the 1850 Census Sullivan Co., Mo. with Philip W. Martin, her husband. Divis ion of property of Alexander Montgomery Jr. dates 27 Aug 1819 Will Book B, p 248 Logan Co. Ke ntucky lists Polly Montgomery. She is also listed as a grandaughter of Alexander Montgomer y Sr. in his will dated 19 May 1817 Logan Co., Kentucky Wills 1792 -1851 (GS 976.976/S1b) De eds registerd 16 Aug 1828 and 7 Sep 1818 in Logan Co., Kentucky show Mary (Polly) Montgomer y wife of Philip W. Martin.
